WAAudioToText Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, purchasing or using WAAudioToText, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use WAAudioToText for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and the word you includes both you and the organization.

WAAudioToText is an independently developed Chrome extension for supported WhatsApp Web conversations. Features may include converting voice messages to text, translating voice transcripts, translating received and outgoing messages, preparing translated replies, creating AI summaries of recent supported text and media captions, and saving global or independent chat preferences.

Available features, engines, quotas and interface behavior may depend on your Free, Pro or Max plan, Chrome and WhatsApp Web compatibility, the language pair, message or media availability, external providers and the current product version. WAAudioToText is not WhatsApp, Meta, Google Chrome, Google, ByteDance, Microsoft or Stripe and is not endorsed by those services.

Subject to these terms, WAAudioToText grants you a limited, personal or internal-business, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the service during the applicable Free or paid access period.

WAAudioToText and its licensors retain all rights in the extension, website, software, design, trademarks, documentation and service content. These terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, while your ownership of any underlying original content remains unchanged.

You are responsible for the WhatsApp account you connect, the conversations and voice messages you select, the text you translate or send, and every transcript, translation, summary, reply or other result you use. You must have all permissions, notices, consents or other lawful bases required to process communications and information about other people.

You are responsible for protecting your device, WhatsApp account, activation code, exported or copied results and support information. WAAudioToText is a tool and does not decide whether your processing, communication, marketing, employment, customer-support or other use is lawful.

You may not use WAAudioToText to violate law, another person's rights, WhatsApp or Chrome rules, or these terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Sending spam, unsolicited marketing, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, fraud, phishing, malware or other abusive or deceptive communications.
• Transcribing, translating, summarizing, using, selling, disclosing or combining personal information without required authority, notice or consent, or infringing privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights.
• Circumventing feature limits, licensing, payment or activation controls; sharing, selling or reselling activation codes; misrepresenting an account; or using unauthorized automation to exploit the service.
• Interfering with, probing, overloading or attacking the extension, website, translation, transcription, summary, CDN, payment, activation or support systems, or introducing harmful code.
• Copying, modifying, distributing, renting, sublicensing, reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to obtain source code except where applicable law expressly permits that activity and does not allow it to be restricted by contract.

WhatsApp and Chrome are independent third-party platforms with their own terms, policies, technical limits and enforcement decisions. WAAudioToText does not control WhatsApp Web availability, data structures, account reviews, suspensions, restrictions or platform changes.

Translation, transcription, summary, payment, email and support functions may depend on Google Translate, Volcano Engine, Microsoft Translator, Wadesk infrastructure, Stripe, Google Analytics, WhatsApp, Telegram and other providers. Their terms and interruptions may affect service availability. A third-party change, restriction or outage does not by itself mean that WAAudioToText breached these terms.

Voice transcripts, translations and AI summaries are generated from available audio or text and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or misleading. Accents, noise, language detection, names, terminology, numbers, dates, media availability and third-party model behavior may affect a result.

You must verify important names, amounts, quantities, addresses, deadlines, order details and instructions against the original message before acting. Do not rely on WAAudioToText as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, employment or other high-impact decisions. WAAudioToText does not provide professional advice.

Free features and current limits are shown in the extension or pricing page. Eligible Pro access may include Google and Microsoft translation engines in addition to the default Volcano Engine. Eligible Max access includes Pro benefits and may add supported WhatsApp voice transcription or translation and AI conversation summaries. The checkout page controls the purchased benefits, price, currency and access duration.

Pro and Max are currently one-time purchases for one month of access. They do not automatically renew and WAAudioToText does not automatically charge you when the access period ends. To continue paid access, you must make another purchase.

The activation code is generated for and bound to the WhatsApp account entered before payment. You must confirm the country code, account number and email before completing checkout. Activation codes are personal to the bound account, may not be shared or resold and are ordinarily not transferable because you entered the wrong account, changed accounts or lost access to the bound account.

Future prices or plans may change. Taxes, exchange-rate differences or provider fees may apply when shown or required. A future price change will not shorten an access period already purchased.

Stripe processes payment credentials and the checkout page shows the amount and currency for the one-time charge. Completing checkout authorizes that charge and confirms that the payment method is valid and authorized.

Because paid access is a digitally delivered service activated for a bound account, payments are generally final after the service has been correctly delivered and made available. WAAudioToText will review a refund only when applicable law requires it, a duplicate charge occurred, or a verified WAAudioToText payment-delivery or activation failure cannot be repaired through support.

There is no fixed contractual filing deadline for an eligible refund review, but you should contact support promptly after discovering the issue so that the order, activation and service state can be verified.

Changing your mind, entering the wrong account or email, changing or losing the bound account, a WhatsApp restriction, violating platform rules, using an unsupported environment, user-made changes, failing to use the purchased period or dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Submit a review request through the Contact Us page with the order email, bound WhatsApp account and transaction information sufficient to locate the purchase. Do not send complete card or bank details and do not publish the full activation code. If approved, paid access may be revoked, and the time for funds to appear depends on Stripe and your financial institution. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The Privacy Policy explains how WAAudioToText processes WhatsApp Web content, local settings, translation requests, voice audio, summaries, account and activation state, website analytics, purchases, feedback and support information. It forms part of these terms.

You retain any rights you lawfully hold in your content. You grant WAAudioToText only the limited permission needed to perform the requested action, operate and secure the service, deliver paid access and provide support. Do not submit passwords, complete payment credentials, private conversations, third-party contact lists or full activation codes to support unless a specific, safe and necessary support step has been agreed.

WAAudioToText may maintain, modify, replace or discontinue features to improve reliability, respond to WhatsApp, Chrome or provider changes, protect security or meet legal requirements. We will use reasonable efforts to provide purchased benefits during the stated period but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently compatible service.

WAAudioToText may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, address payment fraud or chargebacks, enforce account binding, respond to a material breach or discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not itself create a right to a refund. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAAudioToText is provided as is and as available. WAAudioToText disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, compatibility, transcript or translation accuracy, summary completeness and results from using generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAAudioToText is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, account access or communications arising from the service, a third-party platform or generated output.

WAAudioToText's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, the total liability will not exceed $25 USD. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold WAAudioToText harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, unlawful use, breach of these terms or infringement of another person's rights.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and WAAudioToText agree to attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through the Contact Us page. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the service operator's location, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or forum protections that apply to you.

WAAudioToText may update these terms when the service, commercial model, providers or legal requirements change. Revised terms will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without WAAudioToText's consent; WAAudioToText may assign them in connection with a reorganization, service transfer or corporate transaction.

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the checkout terms shown for a purchase form the entire agreement about the service and replace earlier discussions on the same subject. Questions about terms, payment, activation or refund review must be submitted through the Contact Us page.
